Coronavirus (Covid-19) update
Mar 20, 2020
We are all now finding ourselves dealing with an unprecedented situation.
We are constantly reviewing the situation and acting in accordance with H M Government’s advice.
Provided we are permitted to do so, our Andover office is to remain open, however many of our staff will be working remotely so only a skeleton staff will remain in the office, working hard behind closed doors.
Please be aware that due to the fact that many of our staff will be working remotely, and, in order to minimalise risk, unfortunately we will only be able to have a face to face meeting with you if it is essential and then only if a pre-arranged appointment has been made.
Please be assured that staff not working in the office will have remote access to files, telephones will be diverted and by using electronic communication we will be able to offer as close to our usual service as possible.
If you need to drop in documents, please place them in an envelope addressed to the fee earner acting for you, and then place them through the letter box either in our High Street office entrance or Union Street office entrance.
If you have any questions regarding the situation, please do not hesitate to call us on 01264 353411.
Government guidelines are changing daily and we will continue to do our best to offer uninterrupted service levels whilst protecting our clients, staff and the wider public.
Thank you for your understanding.
