	Clive Holland Clive was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978 having previously qualified as a Legal Executive. He specialises in Residential Conveyancing and is the head of our on line E-Conveyancing division. Clive is a member of the Law Management section of the Law Society and the Law Society Property Section as well as being a member of the Hampshire Law Society.
	John Butcher John heads the Wills and Probate Department. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978 and has been a Partner since 1986. John is a member of the Hampshire Law Society and the Law Society Probate Section.
	Richard Gregory Richard heads the Personal Injury Department and is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and the Costs, Funding, and Damages Special Interest Groups. He has been a Solicitor since 1982 and became a Partner in 1991.
	Helen Hutt Helen is a member of our Wills and Probate Department. She is a solicitor specialising in Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Trusts and Elderly client matters. She qualified in 2001 and joined BSandI in January 2007. Helen became a Partner in 2009. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, STEP and Solicitors for the Elderly.
	Sandra Machin Sandra specialises in Divorce and Matrimonial property issues and trained as a family mediator. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and is now a Partner. Sandra is a member of the Managing committee of the Crisis & Support Centre and Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association). Sandra is also trained in Collaborative Law, which enables her to offer divorce resolution through mediation as an alternative for those clients not wishing to take the traditional court route.

Rachel Barr
Rachel is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in June 1999. She is a member of the Personal Injury Department dealing with all aspects of accident claims.

Lynda Tinsley
Lynda has been with the Firm for over five years. She is a licensed Conveyancer and works in our On line Conveyancing division.

Alan Thain
Alan Thain is an Executive in our Probate Department. Alan has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of probate related work having been for many years a senior member of Barclays Bank Trusts and Estates dept, before helping to develop and run a probate dept for a firm of solicitors in Peterborough.

David Marshall
David is a senior solicitor with many years of experience and deals with a wide range of contentious matters including personal injury claims, contract and building disputes, landlord and tenant matters, debt recovery and land disputes. David additionally has substantial IT knowledge.

Christopher Taylor
Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined us from a regional firm in Warwickshire. He has wide experience advising business clients on a range of commercial matters extending from business start-ups to management buy-outs and from terms of business to partnership agreements and company formations.
He is also an experienced adviser on commercial and residential property matters.
