Legal Executive
Karen is a Legal Executive within our Conveyancing Team. She has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 2000. She has been working within conveyancing since 1992 and has since gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in conveyancing, specifically the residential conveyancing sector. She has experience of working with and acting for private individuals, property developers, house builders and housing associations and has dealt with most aspects of residential conveyancing including property sales and acquisitions (both freehold and leasehold), shared ownership purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, right to buys and plot sales and purchases.
