Richard heads the Litigation Department. He deals with a variety of litigation work but specialises in Employment Law, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Personal Injury and Road Traffic Offences. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has been a Solicitor since 1982 and became a Partner in 1991.
