1. When does the tax return have to be in by?

This is really up to you. The two deadlines are 30th September if you wish Revenue & Customs to calculate the Tax or the 31st January if you wish to calculate the tax.

2. Who needs to complete a tax return?

Mainly the self employed or those who are 40% tax payers. Anyone who makes a disposal of capital either by sale or gift should check their tax position

3. Can you advise me before a transaction as to the tax consequences of it?

Yes we can.

4. How do you advise on Inheritance Tax?

We would look at all your assets both in your sole name and jointly. We look at any assets held in Trust. We can then give you some ideas as to how you can minimise any tax due on your death.
