Conveyancing Executive in Andover

Barker Son & Isherwood

Caroline joined the firm as a Conveyancing Executive after having spent 26 years working within a Berkshire Law Firm where she started as a Legal Secretary and worked her way up to a Residential Conveyancing Manager.   After a break from her career in 2008, to pursue other work avenues, Caroline decided to return to Conveyancing in 2016 and has not looked back.

Caroline acts on residential sales, transfers of equity, Help to Buy redemptions and re-mortgages. Caroline spends the majority of her time acting for clients in selling their properties. Caroline prides herself in going that extra mile, offering clients a first class professional service whilst paying attention to detail.  She is always approachable and happy to guide them through their experience.

Over the years Caroline has dedicated many hours and raised thousands of pounds for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Charity who joined forces with Cancer Research UK in 2014 and became known as Breast Cancer NOW, supporting those affected by the dreadful disease

In her spare time, when Caroline is not helping her clients, she enjoys life with her husband and family.   Caroline’s hobbies include flower arranging when her most recent successful challenge was her friends’ wedding flowers.    She also enjoys baking and foreign holidays.

“……. But thanks to your calm, warm efficiency, what could have been an ordeal by paperwork was, actually, a doddle.   I found a great deal of kindness in my dealings with ‘officialdom’.  Thanks again Caroline for all your help.”
