• Initial consultation
• Meeting to discuss your matter and advise you of the divorce process
• Court papers and documents will be checked and completed and the Acknowledgement of Service Form will also be completed on your behalf
• We will deal with ALL court correspondence for you
• We shall make and maintain contact with your Spouse's Solicitor
• Our Family team members will be available to give you all of their advice and support during the entire process
• We will deal with any contested issues or defended divorce
• You are also covered if one party is abroad and foreign assets need to be considered
