Samantha is a Partner and is Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department.
Samantha completed her law degree at Bournemouth University and went on to complete the legal practice course qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.
Samantha is a Partner at our Andover based law firm dealing with all aspects of property transactions. These include sales, purchases and more complex property matters such as easements and rectification of title. Samantha acts for clients purchasing new build properties, those using alternative financing arrangements along with those buying land being used for development purposes.
Samantha has a wealth of knowledge and prides herself on being able to spot potential issues and dealing with these prior to any delays. There are never problems only solutions.
Outside of the Barker Son & Isherwood office, you will find Samantha enjoying time outside with her young family in Andover.
