Rachel qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1999 and has very substantial experience in personal injury claims.
Rachel began her legal career as a Trainee at Barker Son & Isherwood LLP in 1992. She has enjoyed the opportunity to be able to gain valuable experience from working in a law firm whilst studying to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Rachel has a vast experience in all types of accident claims from road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping accidents to accidents at work, as well as those accidents that involve the injured person suffering with psychological injuries. Each client is important to her, whatever the severity of injury and Rachel will help you to recover the compensation that you deserve.
Rachel also has considerable experience in debt recovery work and has helped many clients recover £1000’s in unpaid fees over the years.
Rachel is a CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Fellow having successfully completed the academic stage of training, and the regulatory requirements. Continuous professional development and professional standards is important to Rachel and she has demonstrated her commitment to uphold the CILEX Code of Conduct.
When she is not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
